09/26 7:30pm session with Mathias
Today we talked about some differences between Japan and Denmark. That was very interesting. We also talked about traditional danish foods.. Mmm! Made me hungry to look at all those tasty-looking pictures!
I heard... that it is very beautiful
I went to Inushima, and watched a concert
Inu = dog. Shima = island. Dog-island.
Prepare = get ready.
Why do you like the Setouchi area?
Denmark is very flat. No mountains!
The highest point in Denmark is 170 m.
The highest point in Japan is 3000 m.
Cold in Denmark = -5 C.
Very hot in Denmark = 26 C. Average in summer is maybe 22-24 C.
In spring and autumn the average temperature is around 10 - 15 C.
Risengrød is a traditional danish Christmas dish. It is made on rice and milk!
Flæskesteg is cut from the porks neck, served with potatoes and red cabbage. Delicious!
I think danish people are good at finding small things to be happy about.
