On friday we decided to go on an adventure and try to hitchike our way to Nara. We cheated a little because we went with train to Aioi because the highway was close to there, so we camped at a rest stop with our sign. In 5 minutes a guy stopped next to us. He was going to Nagoya so he got us all the way to Nara. We were very lucky! In Nara I never experienced something like all those deer. They completly surrounded us. Most of them were friendly but usually the bigger males became a bit agressive when they saw the food. Not too agressive or dangerous. It was a nice experience all in all. On our way back we decided to take the train to Kobe and start hitchiking from there. We werent as lucky as at the begining. No one picked us up unfortunately. We decided to stay the night in Kobe and check the Kobe Luminarie Festival out. It was beautiful! I hope everybody had a great weekend and can't wait to see you all again next week!
