I would never have noticed it if not for a workaway opportunity. Even back in December when I booked a flight to Japan, I wasn't so sure about three weeks spent here. Far from the lights and noise of Osaka, and even further from the districts of Tokyo that I love so much. In the end, after an additional week and half, I didn't want to leave. People come and go all the time. I remember none of my school friends' names from China after moving to America at age eight. Even most of the people I knew from high school are but a profile picture on Facebook. But this trip, no matter how short an impression, I felt an incredible emptiness with every farewell, every goodbye. And now having to do so myself, I feel awfully hollow. But the memories will always be there. In pictures we took together, in laughs we shared, the anime we watched together, and every English session we had. I'll look back at my days in Hinase with great fondness, always hoping to return. Whether on the shores of Gold Coast, on the boulevards of New York City, the trams of small German towns, on the roads of Denmark, or even back here in Hinase. I hope to see you again. - Yuan Zhang A post shared by The English Club (@englishclub.jp) on Feb 14, 2020 at 10:13pm PST The English ClubThe English Clubでは国際交流館としてゲストハウス、シェアハウス運営の他、岡山県備前市を中心に過疎化防止の為の地域再生、国籍、年齢、性別を超えて繋がる事の出来る国際交流事業を運営しています。フォロー2020.02.15 13:17Short homework for the weekend, good for brain gymnastics 🪐 enjoy 😉2020.02.15 13:16For next sing along karaoke session : A Thousand years sung by Katy Perry 🥳🥳🥳 enjoy 😉by Frankie0コメント1000 / 1000投稿
